With over five decades of experience in financial management, audit, advisory and corporate services, Mr. Javaid Iqbal Khan is a seasoned professional holding multiple fellowships, including from ICAP, ICMA, and IFAP. He specializes in statutory/internal audits, forensic investigations, cost audits, corporate restructuring, and ISO consultancy.

He has led high-level audit and advisory assignments both in Pakistan and abroad, including key roles at Ernst & Whinney (now EY), Consolidated Preventive Maintenance Corp (Jeddah), and as Executive Partner at Javaid Jalal Amjad & Co.

A respected academic and trainer, he has served as visiting faculty at ICAP, ICMAP, IFAP and top government training institutions- (NSPP-formerly PASC, NIPA/ PIM and PIQC- certified lead auditors BSI), sharing deep insights into corporate governance, IFRS, risk management, and forensic audit.

Mr. Muhammad Asif is a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAP and holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management. With over 15 years of teaching experience and more than a decade of professional expertise, he has established a distinguished career in audit, taxation, corporate finance, and advisory services.

His core competencies include audit assurance and related services, business valuation, mergers & acquisitions, financial due diligence, and business restructuring. He is widely recognized for his ability to integrate academic excellence with real-world financial insights, making him a highly respected figure in both the education and professional consultancy domains.
